摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法对长余辉荧光粉SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+表面包覆SiO2膜,并对膜层进行了耐水性、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和发光性能的测试.结果表明,样品被包覆致密的SiO2膜,耐水性也得到显著的提高.在纯水中,未包膜的样品2 h内完全水解,而包膜后的样品在10 h后pH值变化不大.同时,包覆的膜层对荧光粉的发光性能影响很小.The surface of the Long Persistent Luminescence Phosphor SrAl2O4 :Eu^2+,Dy^3+ was coated with SiO2 film using the sol-gel method,and films were characterized by water resistance, SEM, XRD and the luminescence test. The experiment results showed that the product was coated with SiO2 film, and the moisture resistance was enhanced greatly. The sample without coating was hydrolyzed completely within 2 hours in the pure water, the sample with coating has no change within 10 hours under the same condition. At the same time, the luminescence was not obviously reduced.
