摘　　要：分析了企业成长机制后,采用Logislic规律增长的假设方法,合理引入生物依存型企业与宿主企业的概念,建立了其与之相应的企业模型,并对生物依存型企业建立了评价模型。在分析不同时期生物依存型企业和宿主企业关系经济性的基础上,得出了最佳分离时机。After analyzing the enterprises growth mechanism, this paper introduces the concept of biology-independence enterprises and host enterprises and builds a relative enterprises model and evaluation model of biology-independence model. Finally, the best separation time is got based on the economic analyses of biology- independence enterprises and host enterprises.
