摘　　要：自建设社会主义新农村的重大战略确立以来,我国新农村的建设水平有了明显提高。但是在社会经济发展的同时,还存在一些现实问题,如工农业污染、不当的资源开发利用方式、不合理的村镇规划、公共基础设施建设欠缺等等。这些问题的存在,在一定程度上妨害了新农村的可持续发展。要实现社会主义新农村的和谐发展,就必须大力加强农村生态建设,促进传统农业向生态农业的转变,合理规划村镇发展规模,加强基础设施建设,加快防污治污技术的研究利用,不断提高村民素质,使经济社会发展与生态平衡相结合。通过加强生态建设,推动新农村的和谐进步。Since the establishment of the building of new socialist countryside, the level of our new countryside made rapid progress, However, there are some problems, such as pollution, inappropriate availability of resource, unreasonable town layout, lack of public base equipment etc., which hamper the sustainable improvement of new countryside To realize the harmonious improvement, we put much emphasis on the zoology building, speed the additional agriculture to zoology one, layout the town scale, strengthen the base building, speed research and utilization of anti-pollution, improve the villager quality, and make connection between the society improvement and ecotypic balance Finally the harmonious step-up is put forward wholly by strengthening the zoology building.
