摘　　要：研究了TZP（A12O3）材质泡沫陶瓷过滤器的制备工艺。结果表明，泡沫陶瓷过滤器的烧结滞后于普遍压制成型的试块，于1550℃左右烧成的过滤器强度可达1．5MPa；过滤器加热至1100℃保温数分钟空冷后，强度有回升现象。产生上述现象的机理有待于进一步分析。The preparing processes for ceramic foam filters of TZP(Al2O3 ) were investigated. The results demonstrated Thatthe sintering of ceramic foam filters occured later than that of a compacted sample. The crushing strength of the filtersfired at 15O0～ 1550℃ for 1～ 2h can reach to l. 5MPa. When the filters were heated to 1100℃ and hold for severalminutes then air coolcd to room lemperature, their strength abnormally increased. Further studies are needed to analyzethe results fundamentally.
