摘 要:采用溶液共混法将水杨酸钠(NaSal)包埋在魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)、壳聚糖(CTS)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)共混物中,制备了NaSal-KGM/CTS/PVA缓释药膜.用红外光谱表征了药膜的结构,考察了KGM,CTS与PVA三者的质量比以及NaSal的用量对膜的耐水性、水蒸气透过率的影响,测定了水杨酸钠的释放率.结果表明:当KGM,CTS,PVA的质量比为2∶2∶1时,制备的缓释药膜具有较好的耐水性和较低的水蒸气透过性能,NaSal的缓释性能良好.A medicine slow-release blend film made from the sodium salicylate (NaSal), konjac glucomannan (KGM), chitosan (CTS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) was prepared by the solvent-casting method. The structure of the medicine blend film was characterized by FT-IR. The influence of water-proof ability and moisture-vapor transmission on the mass ratio of the KGM, the CTS and the PVA and dosage of the NaSal were investigated, and measured the release rate of NaSal. The preliminary re- sults showed that the NaSal-KGM/CTS/PVA medicine slow-release blend film prepared by the solvent-casting method With the mass ratio (2:2:1) of the KGM and the CTD and the PVA had good water-proof ability and moisture-vapor transmission. The blend film had good controlled-release properties to NaSal and may be applied in the agriculture field as a new medicine slowrelease formulation.
