农业产业化的绩效及深化发展的思路——基于湖北沙洋县的调查

摘　　要：农业产业化经营既是一种经营模式,又是农村中的一种社会组织形式.它对现代农业与新农村建设都可起到带动作用.从湖北沙洋县的情况看,产业化经营在农业发展中产生了积极的效应,经营组织自身规模扩大,结构、机制趋于完善,但还存在类型不多,发展不均衡,内部管理机制还需进一步完善等问题.应进一步采取相应的对策,推进农业产业化发展.The industrialization of agriculture is not only a business model, but also a form of social organization in the rural areas. It plays a leading role in the modern agriculture and rural development. From the situation in Shayang County of Hubei province, one can see that the industrialization of agriculture has had a positive effect on the agricultural development. Its scale of the business organization has been expanded, and its structure and system tend to be improved. However, there exist many problems, such as few models, unbalanced development, as well as imperfection of internal management system, etc. Further corresponding measures should be taken into concern that to promote the development of the agricultural industrialization.
