冠心病患者体外反搏治疗依从性分析

摘　　要：目的分析患者对体外反搏治疗的依从性变化及其原因。方法符合ISFC/WHO诊断标准的冠心病患者,在2002～2007年接受体外反搏治疗者为研究对象,按每一年1组共分为6组。分析各组的平均治疗时数(h)、平均依从率(基础疗程为36h,依从率=患者实际治疗时数/36×100%)、复搏率(连续3年接受体外反搏治疗的患者占各组的百分率)。结果2002-2007年各组平均治疗时数(h)分别为26.64±10.1、28.99±16.02、39.96±26.63、39.39±24.49、40.24±21.24和42.64±24.62,平均依从率(%)分别为73.99±28.07、80.52±44.49、111.01±73.97、109.41±68.02、111.78±59.01和118.45±68.39;2002～2005年各组复搏率(%)分别为19.70、31.94、36.47和37.04。以上三项指标呈逐年递增趋势,提示患者依从性逐年提高。结论体外反搏已被更多冠心病患者接受为长期治疗方法。Objective To analyze the cause to the change of compliance to Enhanced External Counterpulsation （EECP） of patients with coronary artery disease. Methods Patients with coronary artery disease according to the standard of ISFC/WHO who received EECP were reviewed and analysed during 2002-2007. They are divided by 6 groups by year. The average treatment hours（h）, average rate of compliance （rate of compliance=patients actual treated hours/36×100%）, average rate of repeated EECP （patient who received EECP therapy in 3 consecutive years）. Results The average treating hours （h） of each group during 2002 to 2007 are 26.64 ± 10.1,28.99 ± 16.02,39.96 ±26.63,39.39 ±24.49,40.24 ±21.24,42.64 ±24.62. Average rates of compliance （ % ） ; 73.99 ±28.07,80.52 ±44.49,111.01 ±73.97,109.41 ±68.02,111.78 ±59.01,118.45 ±68.39. Average rates of repeated EECP （%） during 2002 to 2005 are 19.70,31.94,36.47,37.04. The results above demonstrated an increased compliance to EECP therapy. Conclusion Enhanced External counter pulsation is possibly considered to he a longterm treatment to patients with coronary artery disease.
