主动电极在右室间隔部起搏的应用

摘  要:目的探索主动固定电极在右室间隔部起搏的可行性和安全性。方法需要置入心脏起搏器的患者40例,男性26例,女性14例,年龄58~81岁。21例采用主动固定电极右室间隔部固定,19例采用被动固定电极心尖部固定。结果主动电极与被动电极置入时起搏参数差异无统计学意义,术后随访起搏参数差异无统计学意义[(0.71±0.20)V和(0.66±0.18)V,(804±115)Ω和(853±188)Ω,P均>0.05)。结论使用主动电极右室间隔部起搏与被动电极一样是安全可行的。Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of right ventricular outflow tract (RVOT) ventricular septum pacing. Methods Fourty patients were dividied into two groups randomly. One group underwent the right ventricular outflow septum with the active fixation lead. The other underwent the right ventricular apex pacing with the passive fixation lead. The patients were fllow-up at 1,3,6 months after being discharge. Results There were no significance diffience in threshold and impedance between two groups at 15 minutes after the active fixation lead was planted[ (0.71±0.20)V vs(0.66±0.18 )V, (804±115 )Ω vs(853±188 )Ω, all P〉0.05 ), and no significent difference in follow-up period. Conclusion It is safety and feasible to pace from RVOT septum with active electrode.
