摘　　要：目的探讨经乳晕外缘弧形切口切除乳腺良性病变的适应证及其疗效。方法回顾分析1998-2005年本院门诊及住院患者采用经乳晕弧形切口切除乳腺良性病灶的临床资料。结果临床应用350例,全部病例均顺利完成手术并取得良好的效果,切口瘢痕不明显且保持了乳房的圆润外形,医患均满意。结论在操作技术熟练的基础上,开展经乳晕弧形切口行乳腺良性病变切除术是安全可行的,既达到了治疗目的,又符合美学要求。Objective To explore the application effect of are incision around areola for breast benign diseases. Methods The clinical data of 350 cases with breast benign diseases operated with are incision around areola were analyzed retrospectively. Results The effects of operations were good and satisfactory without complications and obvious scar in all cases. Conclusions Arc incisions around areola for breast benign diseases is safe with nice curative and aesthetic effect
