摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT对胃癌术前分期的应用价值。方法对39例胃癌患者行16层螺旋CT平扫及三期增强扫描,结合图像重建,进行术前TNM分期并与术后病理结果对照。结果39例患者中T分期总的准确率为69.2%,N分期的准确率为47.2%,M分期的准确率为92.3%。结论16层螺旋CT能够较好地进行术前TNM分期,有效地指导手术方案的选择。Objective Explore the value of Multi-slice spiral CT in preoperative staging of gastric carcinoma, Methods 39 patients with gastric cancer performed 16-slices spiral CT examination including plain scan and 3-phase enhanced scans, The primal images were reconstructed and assessed for preoperative Tumor, Nobles, Metastasis （TNM） staging, and then compared with postoperative pathological results. Results In all 39 cases, the accurate rate of T, N antl M staging was respectively 69.2% , 47.2% anti 92.3%. Conclusions The 16-slices spiral CT is valuable in TNM staging of gastric cancer and guiding the surgical programs.
