摘　　要：目的探讨护理工作与医院感染的关系,加强护理管理方面医院感染措施的落实,提高护理质量。方法对护理工作中的消毒灭菌、人员培训、严格控制医院感染的管理手段和护理管理制度加以完善,加强管理措施的落实。结果提高护理人员对医院感染的认识,加强对病区环境、物品管理、严格执行无菌技术操作等方面的管理,避免或降低医院感染的发生。结论加强护理管理对预防医院感染,提高护理质量有十分重要的作用。Objective To study the relationship between nursing eare and the prevention of hospital-acquired hospital infection, strengthen the nursing management anti improve nursing quality. Methods The strictly disinfection and sterilization were taken in nursing care and normalized working staffs were trained. The hospital-acquired infection management was improved to perfect the nursing management system. Results The awareness of nurses to the hospital-acquired hospital infection was increased,the management of hospital environment;articles and antiseptic technique were strengthened,and the rate of hospital-acquired hospital infection was decreased. Conclusions Strengthening nursing management plays an important role in preventing hospital-acquired infection and improving nursing quality.
