安肠胶囊治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎临床对照观察

摘　　要：为探索治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的有效药物，用自拟安肠胶囊治疗溃疡性结肠炎１００例。并分别用补脾益肠丸、甲硝唑各治疗该病５０例，作为对照１组及２组。结果治疗组治愈率为６２％，有效率９５％，高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗前后免疫球蛋白测定，治疗组治疗后ＩｇＡ，ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＭ较治疗前明显降低，对照１组ＩｇＧ，ＩｇＭ及对照２组仅ＩｇＭ较治疗前降低。治疗组５０例治疗前后肠粘膜活检，治疗后肠粘膜炎症细胞显著减少，肠粘膜的血液循环恢复正常。对治疗组１６例进行治疗前后免疫组织化学检查，１６例治疗前均有Ｔ淋巴细胞阳性反应，治疗后Ｔ淋巴细胞减少。提示安肠胶囊具有减轻肠道Ｔ淋巴细胞的浸润，降低肠粘膜局部免疫炎症反应及调节机体免疫功能的作用。Cases of chronic ulcerative colitis were treated with An Chang Capsule as treating group.50 cases of the same disease were treated with Bu Pi Yi Chang Pill as control group A and another 50 cases were treated with miediling as Control group B.Result:In the treating group the cure rate was 62% ,the response rate was 95%.These results were higher than these of the control groups(P<0.01).The determination of the immunoglobulin before and after treatment showed that IgA,IgG,IgM dropped marrkedly in the treating group,While in Control group A only IgA and IgM dropped and in Control group B only IgM.The biopsy of the enteric mucous of the 50 cases in the treating group before and after etreatment,showed that the inflammatory cells in the enteric mucosae reduced markedly and the blood circulation in the enteric mucosae returned to normal after treatment.The immunohistochemical examination of the 16 cases in the treating group before and after treatment showed that all the cases had positive reaction of the T-lymphocyte, However,after treatment, T-lymphocyte decreased,indicating that An Chang Capsule has the effects of all eviating the infiltration of T-lymphocytes reducing the local immune inflammatory reaction of enteric mucosa,adjusting the immunologic function.
