摘　　要：在当今日益复杂多变的环境中，高等教育传统的战略规划方法已不能满足大学发展的需要，而国外的一些先进管理技术值得借鉴。本文介绍了英国格拉摩根大学采用情景规划进行战略管理的原因、过程、方法及带来的思考，以期为国内高等教育战略管理提供借鉴之处。TThe modern ,society has witnessed considerable change and uncertainties. Therefore traditional strategic planning of higher education can hardly make for the development of universities. However, the advanced planning techniques in western countries deserve attention. This paper introduces the University of Glamorgan about its scenario planning as an effective method for strategic management as well as its operational process, the result of which is expected to provide some implications to our universities.
