带蒂复合组织瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术治疗萎缩性鼻炎

摘　　要：目的：探讨上领窦前外侧壁复合组织瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术对萎缩性的疗效及手术体会。方法：对我科2007年2月至2008年5月住院的9例（18侧）萎缩性鼻炎患者采取上颌窦前外侧壁复合组织瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术，记录手术过程并观察术后疗效。结果：全部手术成功，平均手术时间60min（±15），平均出血约15ml（±3），除一例发生术后出血须重新止血外，无其它严重并发症出现。术后6个月观察疗效，4例治愈4例显效，1例有效，0例无效，总有效率100％。结论：上颌窦前外侧壁复合组织瓣鼻腔粘骨膜下植入术治疗萎缩性鼻炎操作简便，疗效显著，值得临床推广。Objective： To further evaluate the clinical application of nasal submucous pediculated Complex tissue Implantation. Methods： 9 patients with atrophic rhinitis from Feb 2007 to may 2008 were treated by nasal submucous pediculated Complex tissue flap extracted from the anterior and lateral wall of maxillary sinus to narrow the nasal cavity. The operation courses were observed and the patients were visited six month after operation to observe the effect of the operation. Resultsi All 9 cases of operation were successful. There were no severe surgical complication except hemorrhage of 1 case. The average operation duration was 50min（± 15）, The average amount of bleeding was 15ml（±3）. The postoperative ovall effective rate was 100% by follow-up six month after operation. Conclusion： Implantation of complex tissue flap offers a simple and effective way and will prevail for the treatment of selected atrophic rhinitis cases.
