摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定胆石通胶囊中大黄素的含量。方法用Diarnonsil C18（4．6mm×200mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-0．3％磷酸溶液（80：20），流速：1．0ml·min-1，检测波长：289nm。结果大黄素在0．03066～0．4599μg范围内与峰面积线性关系好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为98．6％，RSD为1．0％（n=6）。结论本法测定简便，结果准确，重复性好，可用于胆石通胶囊的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of emodin in DanShiTong Capsules. Method ： The Diamonsil C18 column （4.6mm×200mm , 5pm）was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0. 3%phosphoric （80： 20）.The Flow rate was 1. 0ml· min-1 .The detection wavelength was 289nm. Result： The linear range of emodin was 0. 03066-0.4599μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD=1.0%（n=6）. Conclusion. The determination method is simple, accurate and reproducible it can be used for quality control of DanShiTong Capsules.
