治肝八法之清肝法、泻肝法、养肝法、温肝法的探析

摘　　要：关于肝病的治法，历代医家的论述繁多，但是一直到清代对肝病治法才有了比较丰富的内容，其中王旭高的《西溪书屋夜话录》中仅存的《肝病证治》一篇，专门阐述治肝三十法，可以说是总结了历代肝病的治法。现将其归纳为四类八法，笔者以其中的清肝法、泻肝法、养肝法、温肝法作研究。笔者遵循中医基本理论，阴阳五行，四诊八纲，脏腑辨证，以“整体观念”分析彼此之间的逻辑与哲理，达至临床上选用适当的“治肝法”。In regard of the therapeutic principlesand methods of liver disease, Doctors of all generations nave many dissertations. It is rich in the main contents of the therapeutic principles and methods of liver disease in the Qing Dynasties. The famous doctor Wang Xugao of Qing Dynasties, specialized in the therapy of liver disease, he wrote XiXiShuWuYeHuaLu, the only one article GanBingZhenZi, exclusively expounded thirty therapeutic methods of liver disease, which was thoroughly summarization of all generations. Now we generalized to four classes and eight methods, and choiced four of them for research, the four methods are clear away therapy, purge therapy, nourish therapy, warm therapy, we are widely used the basic concept of traditional Chinese medicine, the theories of yin-yang and the five elements, the four diagnostic methods and syndrome with eight principles, the syndrome differentiation of vscera, and the Concept of holism, and analyzed the logic and philosophy between them, so as to decide correct therapeutic principles and methods of liver disease in clinical practice.
