摘 要:研究了Fe2O3对陶瓷墙地砖的吸水率和力学性能的影响。采用排水法测定了陶瓷的吸水率,采用三点抗弯法测定了陶瓷的抗弯强度。结果表明:在适当的烧成制度下,当Fe2O3加入量小于3wt%时,陶瓷的吸水率小于0.1%,Fe2O3的加入量小于5wt%的情况下,陶瓷抗弯强度随着Fe2O3含量的增加而增加。加入2wt%到6wt%的Fe2O3的陶瓷强度比没有外加Fe2O3的陶瓷强度提高了30%以上。The effects of Fe2O3 on the water absorption and mechanical properties were investigated experimentally. The water absorption and the flexural strength of the ceramic samples were measured by drainage method and three-point bending strength method. The result shows that when the content of Fe2O3 is less than 3wt%, the water absorption will be less than 0.1% under a suitable sintering schedule. When the content of Fe2O3 is less than 5wt%, the flexural strength of ceramic tiles will increase as the content increases, in the content range from 2wt% to 6wt% the strength had been increased more than 30% compared with the samples without extra Fe2O3.
