度尾文旦柚裂果发生过程中裂原的发生与消长

摘　　要：以度尾文旦柚为试材,采用石蜡切片法,研究了度尾文旦柚裂果发生过程中裂原的发生与消长,及用度柚6号授粉对度尾文旦柚裂原发生与消长的影响。结果表明度尾文旦柚人工授粉与否都有裂果发生的潜在,即都存在裂原。度尾文旦柚在果实成熟过程中裂原不断发生并朝外发展引发了裂口的出现。人工授粉处理的在裂原出现的早期就受到木质部管胞捆绑而没有向外发展,减少了裂果的发生。Studies were conducted with Duweiwendan pomelo eultivar. The occurrence, development and decline of original cracking cells in Duwelwendan pomelo fruit were researched by paraffin sectioning method. The effect of pollination with Duyou Ⅵ cultivar on the occurrence, development and decline of original cracking ceils was also studied. The results showed that the fruit cracking was a combination process of cracking and concrescence. Due to relative thinner turin around the fruit navel, the primary crack was likely occurring in this area and finally developed to cracking. Benefit from the besieging effect around the primary cracks in early development period there was less cracking shown on Duyou No. 6 pollinated treatment.
