摘  要:光学相控阵技术是最近发展起来的一种新型的光束扫描技术。它具有多通道迅速扫描能力、体积小和低功耗等优点。在新型激光雷达和激光通信方面具有广阔的应用前景。但是以微波相控阵为基础发展起来的光学相控阵,它的引出寻址数量较多,以至于现有的工艺技术很难实现。为了减少引出寻址,提出了粗/精级联结构,这种结构能够大幅度减小光学相控阵所需的寻址结构,使得其工艺实现成为可能。Optical phased arrays represent an enabling new technology that makes possible simple, affordable, lightweight, optical sensors offering very precise stabilization, random-access pointing, programmable multiple simultaneous beams, a dynamic focus/defocus capability, and moderate to excellent optical power handling capability. This technology has broad application prospect in lidar and laser communication aspects. But the number of external connections of the optical phased array which development from the microwave phased array is very large, and it is hard to achieve using technology nowadays. In this paper, coarse/fine cascade structure is presented, which can solve the problems mentioned above.
