摘　　要：叙述了黔南州电信分公司旧电信大楼在市电停电后UPS系统供电中断,造成通信设备掉电的故障处理方法,阐述了决定投入十七万余元来更换UPS蓄电池的依据。This paper describes the failure transaction caused by UPS power shut down and telecom equipment power shut down after the old building of Qiannanzhou Telecom Branch Company is power cut, and discusses the reason why decide to input over 170 000 RMB to replace the UPS battery.
