摘　　要：【目的】了解乌拉地尔对高血压病患者中心动脉压(CAP)及反射波的影响。【方法】将中心动脉收缩压(CSP)≥160 mmHg和舒张压(CDP)≥70 mmHg的62例患者分成乌拉地尔组(30例)和硝酸甘油对照组(32例),分别在主动脉内注入乌拉地尔25 mg和硝酸甘油200μg,观察CAP和股动脉压(FAP)、反射波增强压力、压力增强指数、起始时间的变化并进行比较。【结果】乌拉地尔和硝酸甘油均显著降低CSP、CDP、主动脉输出压(PI)和脉压(PP)以及反射波增强压力,两组压力增强指数显著下降、起始时间显著延迟。其降低CAP及FAP的幅度相比较无显著差异。【结论】乌拉地尔和硝酸甘油相似均可使CAP下降,其优化反射波的作用和降低CAP与降低FAP作用相似。[Objective] To study the impact of Urapidil on central aortic pressure and reflected wave in hypertensive patients. [Methods] Sixty two patients with central aortic systolic pressure（CSP） ≥160mmHg and central aortic diastolic pressure（CDP） ≥70mmHg were divided into urapidil group（ n =30） and nitroglycerin group（n= 32）. They were respectively injected urapidil 25mg and nitroglycerin 200ug in aorta. The changes of the figures of CAP and femoral arterial pressure （FAP）, and augmented pressure （AP）, augmentation index （AI） and initiated time（IT） of reflected wave were compared. [Results] After using two drugs, the CSP, CDP, PI,PP, AP and AI were significantly lower, and the IT was significantly delayed. The decrease of the figures of CAP and FAP has no significant difference. [Conclusion]Urapidil is similar to nitroglycerin in decreasing CAP , optimizing reflected wave and reducing CAP and FAP.
