摘　　要：【目的】探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声血流显像（CDFI）和能量图（CDE）诊断盆腔静脉淤血症的超声图像特征与诊断价值。【方法】重点观察52例盆腔静脉淤血患者的子宫、卵巢与双侧盆腔静脉曲张内径、范围与血流表现。【结果】52例患者双侧盆腔静脉均有不同程度曲张,内径4-10 mm,呈串珠状、蜂窝状无回声区。脉冲多普勒（PW）检测静脉频谱,为低速血流3-8 cm/s。【结论】经阴道CDFI、CDE诊断盆腔静脉淤血症,图像直观,方法简便易行,是一种有价值的检查方法。[Objective]To evaluate the image characteristics and diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler flow imaging（CDFI） and color doppler energygram （CDE） in the diagnosis of pelvic varicosis （PV）. [Methods] Uterus, ovary and the inner diameter of bilateral pelvic cavity varicosity, scope and blood stream performance were observed. [Results]There were all patients with bilateral varication, and the vein diameter was 4-10 mm. Beaded and honeycomb-shaped non-echo areas appeared in bilateral accessory areas of uterus. Pulsed wave doppler（PW） examined the vein frequency spectrum, and the speed of blood stream was 3-8 cm/ s. [Conclusion]Transvaginal CDFI and CDE is direct-viewlng and simple for the diagnosis of PV, and it is a valuable method.
