摘  要:【目的】探讨制备肌苷聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒(IS-PBCA-NP)的工艺条件。【方法】以氰基丙烯酸正丁酯为聚合材料,采用单因素试验初选、均匀设计法精选,优化制备工艺。【结果】制得的IS-PBCA-NP的平均粒径72.12 nm,包封率87.01%,载药量55.67%。【结论】经过优化筛选出了IS-PBCA-NP的最佳制备工艺;IP-PBCA-NP有望成为一种新的药物靶向载体系统。[Objective] To prepare Inosine-polybutylcyanoacrylate-nanoparticles (IS-PBCA-NP). [Methods]SM-PBCA-NP was prepared by emulsive polymerization method with polybutylcyanoa-crylate as a carrier material. The procedure was optimized by single factor test and uniform design test with the embedding ratio and drug loading as the test standard. [Results] Under this optimum condition, the mean diameter of the nanoparticles was 72. 12 nm, and the mean embedding ratio 87. 01% the mean drug loading 55. 6%. [Conclusion] The obtained condition is the best preparation procedure of IS-PBCA-NP. It is expected to be a new drug targeting carrier system.
