摘　　要：介绍了扭簧测试中所采用的一种计算机数据采集系统,提出了一种廉价实现高精度高效率连续数据采集的方法。采用一种全新的以Labview软件开发的扭簧性能测试系统,此系统以计算机为上位机,PLC为下位机,基于WindowsXP操作平台,实现扭簧性能的自动测试。The paper introduces a kind of calculator data collect system in torsional spring test and puts forward a method with high precision and high efficiency.A new torsional spring test system based on Labview is developed.This system is based on Windows XP and takes the computer as host computer and PLC as slave computer to realize the auto test.
