摘　　要：包装印刷涉及业务范围广,包装印刷材料必须适应环保要求。UV油墨是现代绿色包装印刷材料之一,包装胶印使用UV油墨印刷在环保、印刷质量、生产效率等多方面均优越于普通胶印油墨,有助于进一步扩大印刷业务范围,增加市场竞争能力,但印刷过程中必须使用与之相配套的设备、材料和技术。UV技术应用于包装胶印将大力推动胶印技术的发展。我们通过半年的实践总结了一些经验,在此供同行参考。The professional work range of package printing is very wide, the package printing materials must be environmental. UV ink is one of environmental package printing materials. There are more advantages in UV ink than ordinary offset printing ink, e.g. environment protecting, printing quality control, productive efficiency and so on. It will expand the professional service area and improve market competition ability. But there will be suitable equip- ments, materials and technique to match it. The technique of UV ink adapts to offset printing will deeply promote the development of offset printing technique. By practicing in half a year, Some experiences are summarized ,it is useful to improve productivity.
