摘 要:目的:研究新疆部分植物类金属硫蛋白对镉中毒小鼠肾损伤的修复作用。方法:选择昆明种小鼠48只,分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和4种植物金属硫蛋白提取液干预组,染镉14d建立亚急性镉中毒模型,随后经口给予植物金属硫蛋白提取液。测定并分析小鼠肾组织脂质过氧化代谢产物——丙二醛(MDA)水平和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,于光镜下观察肾组织形态学变化。结果:金属硫蛋白提取液可明显降低小鼠肾组织MDA水平,使组织中SOD活性升高,且上述作用呈明显的剂量-反应关系。光镜下观察到各干预组小鼠肾小球毛细血管充血程度有所减轻,肾小管上皮细胞水肿减轻,基本恢复正常。结论:金属硫蛋白提取液对镉中毒小鼠肾组织脂质过氧化损伤有一定的修复作用。Objective: To study the renovating effect of extract of part plants-metallothionein (MT) of Xinjiang to cadmium-induced oxidative damage in kidney. Methods: Kunming mice were used to establish the cadmium poisoning models. Then treated with extract of plant-metallothionein . Then indexes including the contents of malonydiadehyde (MDA), the activity of superoxide dismutase (S()D) in kidney were assayed. And the ultrastructure of kidney were studied under transmission light microscope. Results: In ani- mals which administrated with dextract of plant-M T, the contents of MDA in kidney decreased and the activities of antiosidase (SOD) were renovated. The pathomorphologic damages of kidney induced by cadmium were renovated to some extent after administrating plant-MT. Conclusion: Plant-metallothionein may have the role of renovating effect on cadmium-induced peroxidative damage in kidney .
