P14ARF和PCNA在骨肉瘤中表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨P14ARF和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在骨肉瘤中的表达及其意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例骨肉瘤中的P14ARF和PCNA表达,并以15例骨软骨瘤作为对照,与临床病理参数进行比较分析。结果:P14ARF在骨肉瘤的阳性表达率为26.9%(14/52),在骨软骨瘤为73.3%(11/15),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);PCNA在骨肉瘤的阳性表达率为84.6%(44/52),在骨软骨瘤为13.3%(2/15),差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01);P14ARF和PCNA在骨肉瘤的表达与患者年龄、性别、组织类型及民族均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:P14ARF和PCNA表达与骨肉瘤的发生、发展有关,其可作为诊断骨肉瘤及评价其预后的辅助指标。Objective： To study the expression and significance of P14AR and PCNA in human osteosarcoma tissues. Methods： The expression of P14ARF proteion and PCNA in 52 cases of osteosarcoma and 15 cases of osteochondroma as control group were be detected by SP method and the significance were analyzed. Results： The positive rate of P14ARF was 26.9% （14/52） in osteosarcoma group and 73.3%（11/15） in osteochondroma group. There wasa prominent difference between them （P〈0.01）. The positive expression rate of PCNA was 84.6% （44/52） in osteosarcoma group and 13. 3% （2/15） in exostosis group. There was a difference between them（Pal0.01）. P14ARFandPCNA expression had no correlation with the age, gender, tumor cell-type and different ethnic in osteosarcoma （P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions： The expressions of P14ARF and PCNA play a role in the occurrence and progress of osteosarcoma. They could be used as diagnosis of osteosarcoma and also index in evaluating the prognosis of osteosarcoma.
