中药与微量元素联合应用治疗高血脂症

摘　　要：目的探讨中药葛根、山楂、决明子与微量元素硒、锌联合应用治疗高血脂症的效果。方法386例高血脂症患者分为实验组和对照组,2组均服用藻酸双脂钠治疗,实验组加用葛根、山楂、决明子、硒、锌,均用药4周,观察2组治疗效果。结果用药后2组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血清载脂蛋白-B(Apo-B)均显著降低,且实验组较对照组降低更为明显;实验组血清载脂蛋白-AⅠ(Apo-AⅠ)显著升高,而对照组无改变;实验组总有效率显著高于对照组。结论葛根、山楂、决明子、硒、锌联合应用对高血脂症具有良好的防治作用。Objective It is to investigate the effect of prevention and treatment of combined the traditional Chinese drug such as Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Fructus Crataegi, Semen Cassiae and trace elements such as Se and Zn on hyperlipidemia. Methods 386 inpatients of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into 2 groups： the study group and the model group. The two groups were equally treated with Polysaccharide Sulfate. The Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Fructus Crataegi, Semen Cassiae, Se and Zn were extra applied in the study group. The times of therapy were 4 weeks. The effects were observed after treated in both groups. Results The levels of TC, TG and Apo - B were reduced obviously in both groups, and the data of the study group are clearly lower than that in the model group. The lebel of Apo - A I in the study group were escalate apparently, but there was no obvious change in the model group. The total effective rate in the study group is clearly higher than that in the model group. Conclusion The combined apply of Lobed Kudzuvine Root, Fructus Crataegi, Semen Cassiae, Se and Zn has good effect on preventing and treating hyperlipidemia
