肝硬化组织中MMP-1和VEGF的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-1(MMP-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在肝硬化形成中的作用及其相互关系。方法:用免疫组织化学的方法检测57例肝硬化组织和10例正常肝组织中MMP-1和VEGF的表达。结果:MMP-1和VEGF在肝硬化组织中的表达明显高于正常肝组织中的表达(χ2分别为8.233和10.876,P均<0.05)。MMP-1和VEGF在肝硬化组织中的表达一致(χ2=2.227,P>0.05)。结论:MMP-1和VEGF能促进肝硬化的发展过程。Objective： To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 （MMP-1） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） in liver cirrhosis tissues, and to discuss the possible meanings of their roles in liver fibrosis. Methods： Fifty seven liver cirrhosis and 10 normal specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry （Envision）. Results： The expressions of MMP-1 and VEGF were increased in liver cirrhosis tissues（χ^2=8. 233 and 10. 876, P d0.05）. The expressions of MMP-1 and VEGF in liver cirrhosis tissues were uniform （χ^2 =2.23, P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： MMP-1 and VEGF may promote the development of liver cirrhosis.
