薏苡仁汤治疗寒湿闭阻型类风湿性关节炎35例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察薏苡仁汤治疗寒湿闭阻型类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法:70例寒湿闭阻型RA患者随机分为2组,在中医内科治疗基础上,配合服用双氯芬酸钠胶囊75mg,每日1次,薏苡仁汤+双氯芬酸钠组35例,采用薏苡仁汤,水煎服,日1剂,早晚分服。双氯芬酸钠单纯用药组35例,在中医内科治疗基础上,配合服用双氯芬酸钠胶囊75mg,每日1次,2组均治疗2周。观察治疗前、后2组临床症状及治疗效果的改变。结果:薏苡仁汤+双氯芬酸钠组及双氯芬酸钠单纯用药组关节疼痛指数、关节肿胀指数、关节压痛指数、关节功能障碍指数、晨僵、20m行走时间均治疗前有改善(P<0.05),薏苡仁汤+双氯芬酸钠组优于双氯芬酸钠单纯用药组(P<0.05)。结论:薏苡仁汤组方合理,用药精当,切合病机,验于临证,多可获效,配合口服双氯芬酸钠胶囊,二者具有协同作用,较单纯口服西药改善程度更为明显,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of coixenolide soup on cold dampness closure and resistense type of rheumatoid arthritis（RA）. Methods： Seventy cases with cold dampness closure and resistense type of RA patients were randomly divided into two groups, In the observation group （n =35）, coixenolide Soup and diclofenac sodium capsules with 75 mg were taken daily, white contrat group （n =35）only diclofenac sodium capsules with 75 mg was taken each day, After two weeks. Clinical Symptoms and otherdata were collected and analysised. Results： After weeks, all Patients includingjoint pain index, joint swelling index, joint tenderness index, joint dysfunction index, morning stiffness, 20 m walking time explored （P 〈0.05） in two groups, And the clinical effect was Superiorin the obseration group than in contrat （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The coixenolide soup is effective for cold dampness closure and resistense type of RA. It is worthy used widely.
