张店油田地层水钻井液体系研究及应用

摘　　要：张店油田地层亏空严重,储层水敏性强,同时岩性破碎,提出用地层水配制钻井液,以期通过提高钻井液与储层的配伍性来达到保护油层的效果。但张店油田地层水矿化度为7707～20331 mg/L,不利于基浆的配制和钻井液的胶体稳定性。通过室内实验,优选出了张店油田地层水钻井液体系,并进行了5口井的现场试验。应用结果表明,该地层水钻井液体系能满足钻井工艺要求,抑制地层遣浆效果好,井径规则,起下钻无遇阻遇卡现象,并满足了油层保护的要求。Formation water was supposed to be used as makeup water in mud preparation in an effort to minimize the incompatibility of makeup water and formation water which may result in formation damage.Laboratory studies were done on the preparation of water base muds using the high salinity(7,707～20,331mg/L)formation water. Application of the mud in five wells showed that the mud prepared can satisfy the needs for drilling operation and reservoir protection.
