珠三角地区物流业用地问题及对策

摘　　要：结合当前珠三角物流用地的问题,采用归纳分析和对比分析的研究方法,探讨未来珠三角物流业的土地利用对策。提出通过统筹城乡用地以及对当前物流用地进行科学分类、规划、发展地下物流、开展土地置换以及倡导绿色物流等途径实现物流土地利用的集约节约化和可持续发展。Based on the land use problems of logistics industry in Pear River Delta, the author combined the methods of induction and comparison analyses in order to explore countermeasures for logistics land use in the future. Some approaches were put forward for the realization of intensive and economized logistic land use and suitable development by scientific classification and planning, developing underground logistics system, replacement of logistic land use and advocating green logistics.
