摘　　要：文中主要从不法分子常用的骗税手段入手,结合中国电子口岸全新的监管模式,浅析中国电子口岸如何打击出口骗税,并提出了对提高中国电子口岸效能的几点看法。This article simply analyzes how China E-Port fights against export tax rebate fraud by disclosing the tricks used by the lawless to receive income from export tax rebate illegally and analyzing the new monitoring mode of China E-Port, finally gives some viewpoints on the improvement of efficiency of Chinaport.
