摘　　要：谢灵运不仅是"五言之冠冕",而且在其它领域都站在了时代的前列,应该给予其全新的、准确的历史定位。政治上,执着追求,"自谓才能宜参权要";学术上,玄学修养冠绝当时;文艺上,诗文书画堪称独步。其追求精神、综合素质、巨大成就,元嘉时期无人能出其右,被称为"元嘉之雄"。Xie Lingyun was not only ＂Crown of five-character poems＂, but also a forefront figure of the times in many other aspects. He pursued tirelessly in political field, and his metaphysics culture was on top of the times. Besides, his poetry, essay writings and paintings were all paramount. He was the only wizard who had lofty political ambitions and persistent pursuit spirit, for none was greater than him in terms of pursuit spirit and overall quality and great achievements in Yuanjia period. Thus, he was called ＂Elite in Yuanjia of Jin Dynasty＂.
