摘　　要：采用基于Web的HMI/SCADA软件WebAccess及西门子S7-200 PLC实现了对材料分拣系统的监控,WebAccess与PLC之间通过工业标准通信协议OPC进行通信。通过对分拣系统的实时监控,证实了系统具有很高的实时性和可靠性。In order to realize the monitoring of the material sorting system, the paper uses the HMI/SCADA software WebAccess, which is based on Web and Siemens S7-200 PLC. OPC, the industry standard communication protocol is used to connect the WebAccess and the PLC. It is proved that the system has the characters of real-time and reliability by practical application.
