摘　　要：本文通过统计数据和事例说明了我国中文数据库存在重复建设的问题,并深入分析了产生这一问题的根源,同时借鉴国外数据库建设的经验,大胆的提出了解决问题的思路和想法,希望此问题能引起资源建设者和管理者的高度重视,使我国数字资源建设尽快进入高效、标准、规范良性发展的轨道。In the paper we show the question about repeated construction of Chinese database in China by statistical data and example. In succession we thoroughly analyze springhead of the question. At the same time we daringly put forward process and idea by experience of construction about database in China for reference. We wish the erector and administrant of resource can give high regard to the question to make construction of figure resource came into high efficient, standard, canonical, fine developmental orbit.
