厌食冲剂治疗小儿厌食症的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：取厌食症小儿480例，随机分为两组，分别给予厌食冲剂和三甲散口服4～8周、结果表明厌食冲剂临床治疗组疗效优于三甲散临床治疗组，该冲剂对小儿体重、血红蛋白、尿卜木糖排泄率、发锌值、尿淀粉酶值等定量指标和厌食、面色萎黄少华、毛发枯黄稀疏、自汗易感冒、大便不调等症均有明显改善和较好疗效;动物实验表明该冲剂可促进胃酸分泌，明显提高胃蛋白酶活力，对小鼠免疫器官有增重作用.并增强其吞噬功能。It is reported that the therapeutic effect of the group treated with Yanshi infusion is better than that of the group treated with San Jia San. The medicine shows an obvious effect on quantitative indexes such as the sick children'S weight, hemoglobin, elimination rate of D-xylose in urine,contained Zn in the hair the value of amylase in urine,etc. The medicine also displays better effect on improving the sick children's anorexia,sallow complexion,withered and yellow thin hair,spontaneous perspiration, being liable to cold and abnormal defecation,etc. The experiment on the animals demonstrates infusion may promote gastric acid secretion and the activity of pepsase,and increase the weight of the rat s' immune organs and phagocytosis.
