摘　　要：目的采取护理干预观察老年冠心病介入治疗不良反应的发生率。方法选择2000年10月至2003年10月间进行冠心痛介入（PCI）术的469例患者作为对照组；选择2003年11月至2005年12月期间进行的PCI术565例患者作为观察组。对PIC患者术前术后进行观察。结果两组病例中不良反应发生率差畀无统计学意义，观察组不良反应发生率明显减少。结论对PCI患者术前术后采取预防措施，能明显减少不良反应的发生率。Objective To observe the rate of the adverse reactions of elderly patients with coronary heart disease after interventional treatment by nursing intervention. Methods The control group who performed PCI was consisted of 469 people from October 2000 to October 2003 ; the observation group who performed PCI was consisted of 565 people from November 2003 to December 2007. To observe the adverse reactions of the patients before and after the operation. Results The adverse reactions in the two groups had obvious differences. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group. Conclusion The prevention before and after PCI to the patients with coronary heart disease could decrease the rate of the adverse reaction.
