摘  要:目的了解不同致病真菌感染与药物治疗在甲真菌病患者病甲生长速度中的作用。方法选择治疗组1、治疗组2、对照组1患者240例及对照组2为120例正常人群。对治疗组1予伊曲康唑治疗,对治疗组2予特比萘芬治疗,治疗前后分别做真菌镜检及培养。运用游标卡尺测量病甲生长长度,计算每天生长速度。结果患者240例,分离出皮肤癣菌184例,酵母菌36例,霉菌20例,治疗组1及治疗组2治疗后临床和真菌学疗效显著,但两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);经药物治疗后甲生长速度显著加快(P<0.05),而两治疗组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);指甲受致病真菌感染后生长速度显著缓慢(P<0.05),但不同致病真菌抑制指甲生长的速度差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论伊曲康唑和特比萘芬对甲真菌病具有良好的治疗效果,对病甲的生长速度起促进的作用,不同致病真菌均可抑制病甲的生长速度。Objective To realize the effects of different kinds of pathogenic epiphytes and the medical therapeutic effects on the growth rate of Onychomycosis nails. Methods 240 patients were divided into three groups: treatment group 1, treatment group 2 and control group 1. 120 non-Onychomycosis persons were taken as control group 2. The patients in treatment group 1 were treated by itraconazole, and the treatment group 2 was treated by terbinafine. Fungi microscopic examination and cultivation were used before and after the treatment. The length of fingernails was measured with Vernier caliper, and then the daily growth rate was calculated. Results 184 samples of dermatophytes, 36 samples of yeasts and 20 samples of mildew were found in the total 240 samples. The clinical and mycology therapeutic effect on treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 were remarkable, but there was no significant difference between them (P〉0.05). After treatment, the Onychomycosis nails grew much faster (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference between these two treatment groups (P〉0.05). The Onychomycosis nails grew much slower after fungal infection (P〈0.05), but there was no significant difference among different kinds of epiphytes (P〉0.05). Conclusion hraconazole and terbinafine had marked effects on onychomycosis, and they could facilitate the growth rate of the Onychomycosis nails. Different kinds of epiphytes could suppress the the growth rate of the Onvchomycosis nails.
