万福金安消毒剂性能的实验观察

摘　　要：万福金安消毒剂为含氯复方消毒剂。以其含１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液对布片上不含与含５％小牛血清的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞分别作用１５分钟与２０分钟，杀灭率均达１００％；对不锈钢片上ＨＢｓＡｇ作用１分钟即可破坏其抗原性。连续使用７天的溶液，对细菌芽胞的作用时间需延长至３０分钟。于３７℃下保存３０天与９０天，新配的１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯溶液对细菌芽胞的作用时间分别为２０分钟与３０分钟。该液对不锈钢、碳钢与铜无腐蚀，对铝基本无腐蚀。anfujin′an Disinfectant is a sodium dichloroisocyanurate compound disinfectant containing additives such as non-ionic surfactant and anticorrosive. Its solution containing 1000 mg/L available chlorine with a 15 min and a 20 min contact time could kill 100% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger without and with 5% calf serum on cloth strips respectively. The same solution could destroy the antigenicity of HBsAg on stainless steel plate in 1 min. The time required for killing bacterial spores by its solution already used for 7 consecutive days increased to 30 min. When the solutions containing 1000 mg/L available chlorine prepared from the stock solution stored at 37℃ for 30 days and 90 days were used, the time required for killing 100% ofspores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was 20 min and 30 min respectively. The solution of this disinfectant is non-corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel and copper and essentially non-corrosive to aluminum.
