金星器械消毒剂性能的实验室观察

摘　　要：经悬液法检测，以金星器械消毒剂含２００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯的溶液对ＨＢｓＡｇ作用２０分钟，破坏率达９９．９％以上；以其含１０００ｍｇ／Ｌ有效氯的溶液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用２０分钟，杀灭率为１００％，当悬液中含２．５％小牛血清时，作用６０分钟仅杀灭９９．９９％。其粉剂室温下仅能保存６个月。其消毒液对不锈钢、碳钢、铜与铝均基本无腐蚀作用，对小鼠经口ＬＤ５０为５２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ。inxing Instrument Disinfectant is a chlorine-containing compound disinfectant with trisodium chlorophosphate and other inorganic phosphate as the main components. Its powder contains 2.5% available chlorine and is dissolved in distilled water during use. Its germicidal efficacy was tested using suspension method. The results showed that its solution containing 200 mg/L available chlorine with a 20 min contact time could destroy more than 99.9% of pure HBsAg. The killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger was 100% after exposure to its solution containing 1000 mg/L available chlorine for 20 min and was only 99.99% after exposure for 60 min when the bacterial suspension contained 2.5% calf serum. This disinfectant powder can store for 6 months at room temperature. Its solution is essentially non-corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and aluminum. The oral LD50 in mice was 5250 mg/kg.
