摘　　要：为防止或减少雷击造成的财产损失及人员伤亡,依据国家标准及全面防雷系统理念,从控制、安全、引导、完善等方面,对大准铁路通信机械室防雷接地系统进行设计,制定防雷措施,力争做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理。To avoid or to reduce the property loss and personnel injured caused by thunder, according to the national standard and comprehensive lightning- proof system principle, the design of the lightning-proof grounding system for communication equipment room on Datong-Zhunger railway was made and some lightning-proof measures was also taken in consideration of the control, safety, guidance, and improvement to attain the goals of being safe, reliable, technically advanced, economical, and reasonable.
