摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞生长因子（hepatocyte growth factor，HGF）对周围神经损伤修复的作用。方法以Wistar大鼠坐骨神经挤挫伤为动物模型，神经损伤局部肌肉注射腺病毒介导的人肝细胞生长因子（Ad-HGF），与无注射HGF组对照，通过步态分析、肌肉湿重测定、计算机图像分析等指标评价神经损伤后再生效果。结果术后4周，在坐骨神经指数、肌肉湿重恢复、计算机图像分析等再生指标的比较中，注射HGF组明显强于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论HGF能促进大鼠坐骨神经损伤后的有髓纤维再生和功能恢复，是一种有效的治疗周围神经损伤的神经营养因子。Objective To explore the effect of hepatocyte growth factor on peripheral nerve regeneration. Methods Sciatic nerve contusion injury was made by a custom-made clamp in Wistar rats, in which human hepatocyte growth factor expressed by adenoviral vector （Ad-HGF） was injected into the muscle around the injured nerve. The results of nerve regeneration were evaluated by sciatic nerve function index （SFI） , muscle wet weight, neural electrophysiology and image analysis. Results Four weeks after sciatic nerve injury, the results of sciatic nerve function index （SFI） , muscle wet weight, neural electrophysiology and image analysis showed better nerve regeneration in group injected with HGF than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hepatocyte growth factor can promote axon regeneration and functional recovery and is an effective neurotrophic factor for peripheral nerve regeneration after injury.
