摘 要:利用RS300Haake流变仪测试了双基体系膏体推进剂的应力松弛特性,获得应力松弛模量随时间的关系。通过对实验数据的分析获得了膏体推进剂连续谱和离散谱,并对二者结果进行了分析,从松弛时间范围的角度得出离散谱求解方法在实际应用更有意义,通过分析松弛单元数目对松弛谱结果的影响,得出求离散谱时松弛单元一般取3~8个为宜。The experiment of stress relaxation of double-base pasty propellant was conducted by the rheometer RS300 Haake, the relation between relaxation modulus and time was obtained. The continuous and discrete relaxation spectra were obtained through analyzing experimental data. By contrasting the results of two methods, the discrete spectrum is more significant in practical application from the point of view of relaxation time scope. Three to eight relaxation time elements should be adopted in computing discrete relaxation spectrum, which is concluded by analyzing the effect of relaxation element number on relaxation spectrum result.
