摘  要:采用植物血凝素(PHA)诱导T淋巴细胞转化率和单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光技术,分析了盐藻β-c胡萝卜素(β-C)对T淋巴细胞的增殖及T淋巴细胞亚群的作用。结果表明,β-c对PHA诱导的T淋巴细胞增殖有明显促进作用,对环磷酰胺(CTX)抑制的T淋巴细胞转化率能明显升高;β-c能明显提高正常小鼠和免疫能力低下小鼠L_3T_4细胞的百分率,使L_3T_4/Lyt—2的比值升高,大剂量可对抗CTX作用,降低Lyt—2细胞百分率,使L_3T_4/Lyt—2比值升高。提示β-C对正常小鼠和CTX所抑制的细胞免疫功能有促进作用。其机制可能与调节Th/Ts细胞比值有关。The effects of β-carotene from Dunaliella salina (β-C)on T lymphocyte proliferation and T lymphocyte subpopulations have been studied. The increase PHA-activited T lymphcyte proliferation (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). While β-C 12. 5mg/kgd)was only able to antagonize the inhibitory effect induced by cyclophsphamide,(CTX)enhance T lympho-proliferation percentage compared with control group(P<0. 05). The action mechanism of β-C was studied by McAb indirect immunofluorescence. The results indicated that β-C 12,5,25mg (kg.d) could enhance the precentages of L3T4 cell,increase the L3T4/Lyt - 2 cell ratio in normal and CTX-induced immunodepressed mice (P<0. 01,P<0. 01). Wile β-C50mg/(kg.d) could decrease the percentages of Lyt-2 cell and enhance the L3T4/Lyt - 2 cell ratio in CTX -induced immunodeprdssed mice (P<0. 01,P<0. 01). These suggested that immuno - improving effect of β-C might be brought about by altering L3T4/Lyt - 2 cell ratio.
