摘　　要：目的探讨肝组织细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达在慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭组织中的作用。方法用免疫蛋白印迹(Western-blot)对12例慢性乙型肝炎和10例慢性乙型肝炎肝衰竭患者肝组织ICAM-1蛋白表达情况进行测定。结果在乙肝携带者组和乙型肝炎肝衰竭组都有ICAM-1蛋白的表达,而在乙型肝炎肝衰竭组肝组织ICAM-1蛋白呈显著表达,并且乙型肝炎肝衰竭组肝组织ICAM-1蛋白量与PTa呈正相关。结论肝细胞ICAM-1表达在慢性乙性肝炎肝衰竭肝细胞坏死中起重要作用。Objective To study the role of hepatic expression of ICAM-1 in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B liver failure. Methods Western blot was used to detect the expression of ICAM-1 in the liver of 12 patients with CHB and 10 patients with CLF. Results The expession of ICAM-1 protein in CLF liver tissues （198.95±3.32） was significantly higher than that in CHB （22.00±2.24）. In 10 cases of CLF liver tissue, the level of ICAM-1 expression was positively correlated with PTa （r=0.489, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with CLF, the expression of ICAM-1 in the liver plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hepatocellularnecrosis and the severity of ICAM-1 expression can reflect the degree of liver damage and the condition of liver functions.
