摘 要:采用正交实验方法,对宝钢不锈钢分公司的165 t LATS精炼钢包熔池进行水模型实验,在研究熔池混匀现象的同时,对夹杂物上浮能力进行研究。实验考察指标为混匀时间和气液两相区夹角。结果表明,底吹气量和底吹位置均对混匀时间影响显著,气液两相区夹角的显著影响因素为底吹气量。A water model experiment to simulate the bath of refining ladle of 165 t LATS in Stainless Steel Subsidiary of Baosteel is described in the paper. The orthogonal experimental method is used for data analysis in the research work. Not only the mixing phenomena but also the floating performance of inclusions are studied. The observed parameters of the experiments are the mixing time and the angle of gas-liquid phase region. The results show that both the gas flow rate and the nozzle location have obvious effects on the mixing time, but only the gas flow rate has great effect on the angle of the gas-liquid phase region.
