手部慢性非特异性感染的手术治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨手部慢性非特异感染手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法对12例手部慢性非特异性感染患者行病灶清除术，术后配合系统的康复训练治疗。所有患者均经过6—26个月的随访（平均14个月），随访内容包括患肢（指）功能恢复情况，以及感染复发情况。结果12例患者中，治愈9例，复发3例；息肢（指）功能恢复优良率达91．7％。结论对于有手术适应证的手部慢性非特异性感染患者，经过积极手术治疗及术后早期功能锻炼，可取得良好的疗效。Objective To investigate the methods for surgical treatment of chronic nonspecific infections of the hand and evaluate the treatment outcomes. Methods Twelve cases of hand chronic nonspecific infections were surgically treated from 2002 to 2007. Thorough debridement of the infection sites was followed by systemic postoperative rehabilitation. All the patients were followed for 6 to 26 months （ mean 14 months） postoperatively. Recurrence of the infection was documented. Functional recovery of the involved hand was assessed. Results Nine patients were cured, while the other 3 patients had recurrence of the hand infection. Good functional recovery was achieved in over 91.7% of the cases. Conclusion When there is surgical indication for cases of chronic nonspecific infection of the hand, thorough debridement and early postoperative rehabilitation can lead to satisfactory results.
