柴芩清热微型灌肠剂治疗小儿上感的研究

摘　　要：本研究旨在探索治疗小儿上呼吸道给药的新途径。采用新研制的柴芩清热微型灌肠剂治疗小儿上呼吸道感染，并与临床有效的西药病毒唑注射液及扑热息痛栓的疗效作出比较。结果显示，中药治疗组与西药治疗组患儿在１个疗程（３天内）开始退热与完全退热时间相当，无明显统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；中药治疗组有效率９３％，西药对照组为８６．７％，两者无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。风热型与风寒型上感患儿采用中药微型灌肠剂治疗效果无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明，柴芩清热微型灌肠剂直肠给药，用药方便，疗效确切。Chai Qin Qing Re minienema,given through the rectum was applied to treat the upper respiratory infection(URI) in children.Ribavirin Injection and Paracetamal Suppositorium were used as control group.The relults showed that within a therapeutic course(3 day),the time that the fever begins to abase and that the fever eliminates completely were of no significant differece in patients of the therapeutic group and the control group.The total effective rate in the therapeutic group was 93%,while it was 86.7% in the contrlo group,and there was no markedly difference between them(P>0.05).The reluts demonstrate that Chai Qin Qing Re minienema is a new effective drug for young children with URI,which can be administrated conveniently through rectum.
