奈乙酸和乙二胺基四乙酸对草履虫生活状态的影响

摘　　要：本实验是监测酸性物质对水生物慢性毒性敏感的方法。针对酸浓度相对高的特殊环境,以草履虫为实验材料,利用草履虫体表纤毛与人呼吸道纤毛结构相同的特点,给草履虫以三种不同浓度酸溶液的刺激,观察草履虫的反映。试图以此说明酸对人体呼吸道的毒害作用有不容忽视的结果。当今,居住环境中酸的浓度严重超标对人体的毒害已经越来越引起人们的高度重视。然而,日常工作中有一些酸浓度相对较高的环境,还没有引起高度重视。The present study was preformed to observe the effects of Rep reductive toxicity, Our results also indicated that the content rat ion equal or more then 10-3mol/L of acid exposed for long time induced DNA damaged of paramecium, disturbed synthesis of nucleic acid and proutine, thus cell division, rep reduction and growth of paramecium were influenced, The study suggested that the rep reduction test is more sensitive method in toring of chronic toxicity of acid on aquatic creatur.
